Delivery
We can deliver anywhere in the world to the address of your choice.

Your parcel will be dispatched by airmail. For an easier and fairer system, the postal rate is calculated on a sliding scale and is proportional to the value of your order. These postal charges are based on the total value of the goods ordered.

Your order will be packaged in either a bubble bag or filled box depending on the item/s ordered.
We will send you the items as quickly as possible.

Please give your credit card number : Visa or MasterCard and the expiry date.
All our transactions are made via a fully secure, double encrypted 128 bit channel (SSL+) secured server. All confidential information (personal details, credit/debit card numbers, etc…) are encrypted by Electronic Transaction Services Limited ("ETSL") and are not transmitted via our server. Your payment request is routed in real time via secured telepayment management by which checks are made in order to avoid abuse or fraud.

Return Policy
Under NZ consumer law no store is required to give you a refund if you change your mind about a purchase.

ZENITH, however, extends to you the right to return unopened product for refund, providing it is returned within 28 days from invoice date. Under most circumstances an administration fee of $12.00 will apply. There can be no refunds on product that has been opened or that is not in a saleable condition. Any opened product that is returned will be destroyed within 4 weeks of receipt.

The NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may apply if you can establish the goods are faulty.

In case of refund, payment will be made according to the mode of initial payment eg credit card, cheque etc.
Do not forget to request a certificate of posting from your Post Office.
